1. Who we are
Launchly (“Launchly”, “we”) is a web design and local SEO studio operated by Mariano Maydana, based in Quilmes, Argentina.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it. By using this site or contacting us, you accept what is described here. The conditions of the service itself are in the terms and conditions.
2. What data we collect
a) Data you give us voluntarily: when you fill in the contact form or write to us on WhatsApp or by email, you may provide your name, email, phone number, business name or industry, and the content of your enquiry.
b) Technical data: while browsing the site we may automatically collect data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and time spent, through cookies and analytics tools.
We do not collect sensitive data or payment information through this site.
3. What we use it for
We use your data only to:
- Answer your enquiries and send you a quote or proposal.
- Deliver the service you hired and communicate during the project.
- Improve how the site works and what it contains.
- Send you information about our services, only if you gave us your consent.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis and consent
We process your data with your consent, given when you complete the form or contact us, and to carry out the commercial relationship. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@launchly.com.ar.
5. Third parties and where data is stored
To operate we use third-party services that may store and process data:
- Framer (site hosting)
- Google (Google Sheets / Google Workspace, to manage form enquiries)
- WhatsApp / Meta (communication channel)
- Analytics tools and, eventually, advertising pixels
These providers may store information on servers outside Argentina. By using the site, you accept that international transfer. Each provider has its own privacy policy, which we recommend you review.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and for the period needed to meet legal or accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, updating or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@launchly.com.ar. We will respond within the legal timeframes.
The following notices are reproduced in Spanish because Argentine Law 25.326 requires their exact wording:
